Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by SolvraONE LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, including but not limited to voice bots, chatbots, and email automation tools powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

2. Service Description

SolvraONE provides AI-based automation services to business clients (primarily SMEs). Services include:

• Voice AI Agents for customer calls
• AI-powered Chatbots for websites and platforms
• Email automation via Mailbots

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed upon written or electronic acceptance of a proposal by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment

All prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to all data, credentials, and resources required for service fulfillment.

6. Intellectual Property

SolvraONE LLC retains all rights to any software, models, or tools developed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solution.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolvraONE LLC shall only be liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. In no event shall SolvraONE LLC be liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over all proprietary and sensitive information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise contractually specified.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Jurisdiction shall be in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
