Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between SolvraOne LLC (hereinafter "Contractor") and its clients (hereinafter "Client"). Conflicting conditions of the Client are not recognized.

2. Object of the Contract

The object of the contract is the provision of consulting and services in the areas of process analysis (audit), automation, and training.

3. Scope of Services & Cooperation

(1) Detailed service descriptions result from the individual offers (e.g. "Solvra AUDIT").

(2) The Client undertakes to provide all access and information necessary for the execution in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of cooperation are at the expense of the Client.

4. Audits & Analysis ("Radical Honesty")

The reports created as part of audits reflect the professional assessment of the Contractor. No liability is assumed that proposed measures will lead to quantifiable revenue increases, as this depends on implementations by the Client.

5. Software & Automation

If workflows or bots (e.g. via n8n) are created on behalf of the Client, the Client receives a simple, non-transferable right of use. The Contractor is not liable for failures of third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft) that are used in the workflows.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due immediately upon receipt without deduction, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are net plus the applicable statutory value added tax (reverse charge procedure for B2B clients in the EU).

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Place of performance and jurisdiction is - as far as legally permissible - the registered office of the company (Wyoming, USA).
